Grove Ventures is a privately-held investment firm, focused on acquiring and operating real estate in supply-constrained, high-growth western U.S. markets with a value-add and opportunistic investment strategy. Grove’s acquisition strategy entails a granular sourcing approach of proactively targeting assets in key markets where we have local expertise and deep relationships to create attractive investment opportunities rather than reacting to those widely marketed.
Grove invests on behalf of family offices, institutions, and private investors. In a vertically integrated structure, we engage in all aspects of the investment process from capital formation to direct involvement in property-level activities. Our disciplined strategy and thorough investment process create value in our assets and generate superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors and partners. Class A, B and C assets in in-fill locations with underlying conversion and redevelopment opportunities. We target under-valued, mismanaged, sub-performing, or improperly capitalized properties that are ripe for repositioning. Value-add business plans include physical improvements and professional management.
