Eddie Laurance

Eddie Laurance is Founder and Managing Partner of Grove Ventures and responsible for all aspects of firm oversight, strategic direction, capital formation, deal acquisition and operational execution. Eddie brings over 10 years of experience in real estate private equity and has closed over $3bn worth of real estate transactions over his career.

Previously, Eddie was Vice President at Ares Management, a leading global asset manager with over $450bn AUM, investing across all real estate asset classes including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, self-storage and hospitality investments throughout the country. Before Ares, Eddie worked at Mesa West Capital and KPMG.

Eddie holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara and is a licensed CPA. He is actively involved in the Loyola High School alumni committee.
